I'm super happy because yesterday when I went shopping I found a CD of Demon Days, an album I had been wanting for ages, for $8! I didn't notice it at first, because it wasn't in the area of the shop where the Gorillaz albums usually were. Normally that shop just has Humanz and I'm really disappointed whenever I go there because I already have that album. When I passed a stand full of more CDs, I immediately saw Demon Days and picked it up, not caring about the price.
Normally I am quite cheap and don't like spending money, but I really wanted this and it wasn't that expensive. I think it might actually be cheaper on iTunes, but I prefer physical CDs, because they have nice art books inside. I don't actually have a CD player anymore, so the CD is just going on to my computer and then onto my iPod. I'll probably end up listening to this album so much that it gets old for me, but I've already listened to this album many times on Spotify and Groove Music, so I don't think it'll get old.
The art book in this album is wonderful. It includes covers for all of the songs on the album. Every single song on Demon Days is amazing, but I would have to say that my favourites are Kids With Guns, Dirty Harry, November Has Come, Feel Good Inc, DARE and Fire Coming out of the Monkey's Head. According to Spotify, Dirty Harry is my most listened to song, but that's probably because it used to come up on shuffle often.
I just wanted to write about this because I can and because there is nothing else to write about. I guess I'll see you all in the next post. Goodbye!
