Another Ikemen Game is Coming...

It looks like another Ikemen game is being localised. I heard about this one ages ago from someone else's blog post. The title is: "Ikemen Prince: Beauty and Her Beast". I do love games with a fairytale theme!

I was going to embed the trailer here, but apparently Avex (this massive record label who I presume own the rights to the trailer's music) have blocked the sharing of their videos on third party sites. Go and search for it yourself if you really want to see it.

IkePrince's art does look quite gorgeous. I like the character designs a lot. My favourite character (just from looking at them) is the blonde one who reminds me of IkeSen's Kenshin. Apparently his name is "Chevalier Michel". Why do I always like the cold ones the most? I can already guess what his route is going to be like...

It all sort of feels like a brand new version of Cybird's older game, Midnight Cinderella. The premises are completely different, but they still look similar to me. The plot of  Ikemen Prince also reminds me of the other three Ikemen games. From what I gathered from the trailer, the MC has to pick a prince and get him to fall in love with her within the time limit. I'm guessing the heroine's a princess? It doesn't sound like she travelled from another world or time or anything. Oh yes, the princes are also beasts. Perhaps it'll be like the vampire stuff they had in IkeVamp where once in every route the love interest went crazy and tried to suck the heroine's blood.

I think I'll probably give this game a go when it comes out. Cybird games (except for Ikemen Sengoku sometimes) fail to hold my attention for very long, unfortunately. Perhaps this one will be the exception? At least the translation will probably be decent.

Now that reminds me, I was in the middle of romancing the pirate bloke in Ikemen Sengoku. I completely forgot I was playing that game again!

I don't usually post about new games coming out, but since I have a track record of writing about Cybird games, I thought I'd write about them again here. My Ikemen Vampire posts have always been the most popular for some reason, so maybe this post might generate more traffic again? Also, my review of Mitsuhide's route in Ikemen Sengoku somehow got 718 views! How is that even possible?

I'm going to hopefully post more on this game later, if I remember to actually go out and download it.
