It has come to my attention that this blog is now FOUR YEARS OLD. Four years is not that long, but it feels like a decade to me!
I know my interest in otome games has dropped significantly, and that I haven't been writing much. I plan to write about other things, I just haven't had the time for it. Like I have said a million times, this blog isn't dying yet!!
Here's to another four years! Hopefully this blog will last for at least a decade before I abandon it.
I finally got to download Ikemen Prince and play through the prologue. I have a few thoughts on the game that I am going share down below. Please beware of spoilers!
So... I started playing Ikemen Sengoku again. They released a new route that I was extremely curious about. Finally we are able to date Motonari Mouri, the pirate bloke who appeared in a few other routes as a villain. I was in the middle of another route but I decided to leave it just for Mouri. Sorry, Kennyo.
This blog hasn't recieved many updates lately, so I decided to share with you all my initial thoughts on Mouri's route! I think I'm almost halfway through it now, I would be further through if I didn't forget I was reading it for about a week.

After previously being denied Google AdSense on this blog, I have now got it working! At least I think I have. This blog can now make money!
I am having trouble getting the advertisements to work. The AdSense gadgets won't show up in the layout manager even though I added them a billion times. I went on another browser to check if they were there, and they appeared as blank spaces. Maybe they'll work on someone else's computer?
I know, I hate adverts just as much as you do. But I need to make money off of this site somehow.
All I am trying to say is that I am currently in the process of trying to get Google AdSense to work. If you see a massive stack of five adverts in a row, that's probably an accident. I'm not trying to litter the page with ads. I just want a few scattered here and there, that is all. If you don't like them, just use an adblocker.
I hope they don't give the site those awful ads like "DOCTORS HATE THIS WOMAN!" or "TOP FIVE WAYS TO LOSE BELLY FAT!".
It looks like another Ikemen game is being localised. I heard about this one ages ago from someone else's blog post. The title is: "Ikemen Prince: Beauty and Her Beast". I do love games with a fairytale theme!
I was going to embed the trailer here, but apparently Avex (this massive record label who I presume own the rights to the trailer's music) have blocked the sharing of their videos on third party sites. Go and search for it yourself if you really want to see it.
IkePrince's art does look quite gorgeous. I like the character designs a lot. My favourite character (just from looking at them) is the blonde one who reminds me of IkeSen's Kenshin. Apparently his name is "Chevalier Michel". Why do I always like the cold ones the most? I can already guess what his route is going to be like...
Do people still read this blog? I seem to be getting views, but they could just be bots.
Last night, I was bored. I decided to boot up Love 365 for the first time in months so that they wouldn't delete my account. Before I knew it, I was playing Kissed by the Baddest Bidder again. It's one of those titles that feels a lot better when read in the dark. I decided to play Soryu's sequel this time. I read his epilogue last year and his route the year before that, so my memory of his relationship with the MC wasn't exactly the best, but I got through it fine. I actually powered through it in about an hour. I'm glad I managed to get the Happy Ending on the first try this time. Usually I'm terrible at picking the right choices in this game.
(One of the reasons why I played it was to have something to write about again. I miss writing about otoge.)
So here are my thoughts on the route, given to you in a very random order. The post's probably going to be a lot more brief than usual, cause there's not as much to talk about.
Every Spring I seem to get back into my doll obsession again. So I end up taking out all my dolls and brushing their hair. Then I listen to a lot of Barbie film soundtracks and read a lot of doll blogs. I used to even make movies with my dolls (I stopped because I was scared people would think I was too old for that). Then I forget about everything and repeat it all again next year.
I realised that I haven't been writing much on this blog recently. I haven't been playing otome at all, except for last month when I replayed Ron's route in Norn9 and read his after story twice in one week. I did download the demo for "EPHEMERAL - FANTASY ON DARK-" onto my Switch Lite, but I deleted it after playing it for one second because I was feeling too tired to play it.
I have been playing a lot of other games recently. Because I have nobody in real life who is interested in hearing me talk about them for hours, I'm just going to write about them in this post. I have a feeling that I'm going to be writing a lot this time...
