(Spoilers for Code: Realize: Future Blessings down below!)

I just added a "read more" tag to this so you can't really see what's down below anymore. That means I need to think of more creative titles than just "...". This post contains my thoughts on Victor's after story, just in case you were wondering.

Victor's route was more plot filled than fluff, but it did have some nice moments. Instead of a simple romance problem, Cardia and Victor had to face Idea. I didn't really expect to see them in the game again, but they arrived, and Victor had to make a really difficult choice. He could either do nothing and eventually die, leaving Cardia lonely and her poison susceptible to returning, or join Idea, kill a lot of people, but live forever with his girlfriend.

They contemplated their difficult problem for three days until they confronted Omnibus and Guinevere on the Tower Bridge, which seems to be Idea's favourite meeting place. Then they talked with Omnibus and basically told her to get stuffed and to find someone else to join her club. And not long after that, the music went all jazzy, because Lupin and the rest of the gang came to beat up the rest of Idea's apostles. Omnibus was then like "Well OK then" and just left, and Victor (or Fran, as the Japanese version calls him) kissed Cardia and they said a lot of romancey stuff like "I'll forever be with you!" and then the credits rolled. After that Queen Victoria called Victor up and told him that Cardia's gonna be his new assistant now, even though she has no idea how to do sciencey stuff.

I missed out a lot of details, but that's basically what happened. I liked this route, even though it was more plot than romance. At least it didn't follow the same kind of formula that the last two routes shared. Victor is quite cute, he seems to care about Cardia quite a lot, even in the other routes.

Next I'm doing Impey's route! His original route was alright, but since I self-insert I didn't like the romance bits because Impey is not my type. He is a nice bloke though, and I'm starting to enjoy his character a lot more than I did. For some reason they make him say the word "bloke" so much in the fan-disc, whereas in the original he didn't say it as much. They might have a different writer on the job this time. At least it looks like they proof-read it a bit more in this game. In the after credits scene of Victor's story where he was conversing with Victoria, they accidentally said that Victor was speaking when it was actually Victoria, it was quite confusing. I heard Collar X Malice has worse errors in it, so I suppose I'm going to have to get used to them.

I keep seeing screenshots of that Code: Realize anime, and the characters look really awful in it, except Lupin and maybe Impey or Cardia. Saint-Germain looks simply awful! It even looks worse than the Diabolik Lovers anime.

Just look at this! In the game Saint-Germain's got the best CGs, but in the anime........... I haven't watched it yet though, so I don't know if I have the right to criticise it. I probably will never watch it though, since it's basically just the game, but without the self-inserting and choose your own adventure elements. These anime series based off of visual novels are usually just advertisements for  the original game anyway.

It seems like I should end this post now. I didn't write as much as I did yesterday, but I suppose it's alright, because it's not I get money for this or anything. See you all later.
